I’ve ordered twice now, and both times some items were canceled later even though they looked available when I checked out. I’m not totally sure what’s going on, but it definitely seems like the site needs better stock updates.

I was just looking for a couple of specific things, and the site made it really easy to find them without any hassle. If you’re just trying to get in and out quickly, it works well.

I ordered from Last Call on a Monday night and figured it was probably going to take a bit to get here.
The shipping email came the next day and the box was already at my door by Thursday. Everything was packed fine no random delays and the tracking actually made sense.
I dont usually bother writing reviews but this showed up so much faster than I expected. Definitely happy with the order.

My order was mostly fine, but they sent the wrong size. It wasnt a huge issue, just kind of annoying since it wasnt what I picked

The package got here looking good, and the item itself was totally fine with no scratches, marks, or weird damage. The box wasn’t crushed or beat up either, which I appreciated. For a straightforward order, I don’t have much to complain about, especially if you’re someone who gets annoyed when things show up banged up. Overall, I’m happy with how it arrived

Ordered a dress and a pair of jeans from lastcall.com, and both fit pretty much like I hoped. Usually between sizes, so checked the size chart first and it actually helped. Jeans had a little stretch but not too much, and the dress felt true to size. No weird guessing game this time, which was nice. Would order my normal size again.

I wasn’t really expecting much when I ordered the jacket and shoes, but they actually showed up looking really nice. The quality feels better than I figured it would for the price, which was a pleasant surprise. I guess I have to admit I’m happy with it.

The refund came through faster than I figured it would, only a few days after they received the shoes. No annoying emails, no delays, it just worked.

I had a question about my order because the tracking just stopped updating, why does that always happen right when you’re already worried? I was sitting there refreshing the page like that was going to magically move the package, so I finally reached out to lastcall.com customer service.
To their credit, they got back to me quickly, which was a relief. The person who helped me was nice, explained what was going on in a normal way without making it feel like I needed to decode some shipping mystery, and my package ended up arriving just fine. So yeah, good experience overall, and I’d order again
